Note: The primary mode of learning for this programme is via live online sessions with faculty members. Recordings are available for up to 7 days following the conducted session and 7 days before the exam.

IIM Calcutta shall carry out the examination and evaluation required for certification. IIM Calcutta will directly award a certificate to participants who successfully complete the programme. Giving feedback is an integral part of the completion requirements of the programme. Campus attendance is mandatory for all participants.
To successfully complete the programme participant will require (a) at least 75% attendance in each of the courses and (b) obtain no more than two “Poor” grades in the whole programme. IIM Calcutta will award a certificate of successful completion to participants who complete the programme successfully. Participants with requisite attendance but with more than two “Poor” grades will receive a certificate of participation. Failure to take an examination will result in the participant getting an "incomplete" status, and no certificate will be awarded to the participant. Also, a participant without requisite attendance (of at least 75%) in every course will not be awarded any certificate.

The APSCM capstone project requires the participants to reflect on their learnings from the programme through real-life applications of one or more of the concepts, tools and techniques covered in the programme. The idea is to take the concepts learned in the programme and apply them in one's current organization and role to either improve an existing process or introduce a new process that will likely result in better outcomes. This exercise will allow participants to assimilate the learnings from different programme modules and connect it with their respective industry applications.
