Prof. Amit Dhiman has a PhD in Management from IIM Ahmedabad and has been associated with IIM Calcutta since 2008. He has worked for more than seven years in industry in the private sector, mainly in Human Resource Management and Organisational Development functions. His research interests include performance appraisals, strategic HRM, HRM in services, and accountability in decision-making. His work has been published in leading peer-reviewed national and international journals and conference proceedings. He has spearheaded consulting projects for LIC Housing Finance Ltd., Tata Group, and OIL India Ltd., amongst other organisations.

Prof. Nimruji Prasad Jammulamadaka has a PhD in Industrial and Management Engineering from IIT Kanpur.
